Delivery Fee: Customers in outer Metro or Regional areas may incur additional charges depending on location. Orders placed online will be confirmed by our team before processing. To check your fee in advance, please call 07 3167 6190 or send us a request via the Contact form.
Prepaid Bins: Please note that prepaid bin orders are non-refundable. Any unused bins will not be credited or refunded if left unfilled after delivery.
Bin Access: Drivers cannot move bins upstairs or downstairs. Where there is no lift or ramp access, bins will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor only.
Restricted Items: Do not place cardboard, arch lever folders, plastic sleeves, binders, magazines, photo paper, newspapers, bulldog clips, diary/book hard covers, coloured paper, or coloured manila folders in secure bins.
Contamination Fee: A surcharge of $110–$300 +GST per bin applies if mixed or non-paper materials are found inside the secure document bins.
Cancellations: Cancellations require at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice for a refund. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a $40 cancellation fee will apply.
Collection Access: If bins are not accessible on the confirmed pickup date, a call-out fee of $55 will be charged.
Delivery Schedule: Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Drivers will arrange their runs on the day of delivery and collection.
