• Please note our drivers do not move bags up and down stairs, if your house/office does not have access to a lift or ramp the secure bags will be delivered and collected at Ground Floor level.

• Please note the following items cannot be inside the secure document bags due for destruction: Cardboard, Arch Lever Folders, Plastic Sleeves and Binders, Magazines and Photo paper, Newspapers, Bulldog clips, Hard covers from diaries, books, No coloured paper, coloured manila folders, etc.
**Please note there is an applicable contamination fee of $110-$300 +GST per bag should there be any mixed content in the secure document paper bags.**

• The total price you will pay, includes a one-off delivery fee.

•There is a minimum 48-hour notice (2 business days) required to cancel orders & services and a refund be processed. A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged if less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice be provided.

•Should the bag not be accessible for collection on the confirmed pickup date, a call out fee of $55.00 will be payable.

•We are unable to provide a delivery time as drivers will put their own runs together on the day of delivery/ collection.
